Quick Filters:- Status: On Track, Due Soon, Overdue, Completed
- Type: Preventive, Corrective, Predictive
- Asset Type: Filter by equipment category
- Location: Filter by site
Creating Maintenance Schedules
Setting Up a Schedule
- Go to Maintenance
- Click Create Schedule
- Enter schedule details:
- Schedule name
- Asset or asset type
- Maintenance type
- Frequency
- Define tasks to complete
- Click Create

- Open maintenance schedule
- Go to Tasks section
- Click Add Task
- Enter task details:
- Task description
- Estimated duration
- Required parts/materials
- Instructions

Task Templates
Create reusable task templates:- Go to Settings > Maintenance Templates
- Click Create Template
- Add standard tasks for asset type
- Save template
- Apply to new schedules

Based on manufacturer recommendations:- Open asset detail
- Find Service Interval field
- Enter recommended frequency
- System suggests maintenance schedule

Automatic Job Creation
When maintenance becomes due:- System creates job automatically
- Job assigned based on rules
- Technician notified
- Job includes all maintenance tasks
- Open maintenance schedule
- Enable Auto-Create Jobs
- Set lead time (days before due)
- Select job template
- Save
Manual Job Creation
- Open maintenance schedule
- Click Create Job
- Review pre-filled details
- Assign technician
- Schedule date
- Create job

Bulk Maintenance Operations
Scheduling Multiple Assets
For fleet or equipment groups:- Select multiple assets
- Click Bulk Actions > Schedule Maintenance
- Select schedule template
- Review and confirm
- Schedules created for all

Troubleshooting
Schedule Not Generating Jobs
- Verify schedule is active
- Check Auto-Create Jobs is enabled
- Confirm lead time settings
- Verify asset is active status
Due Date Incorrect
- Check last completed date accuracy
- Verify frequency setting
- Review any manual overrides
- Recalculate if needed
Maintenance Not Appearing on Asset
- Verify schedule is linked to asset
- Check asset status is active
- Refresh asset detail page
- Verify permissions to view maintenance
