This guide covers how to add, edit, and organize properties in Taskr.Adding a New Property
Step-by-Step
- Navigate to Properties
- Click Create New or +
- Fill in property details:
- Name (required) - Property name
- Address - Street address
- Type - Commercial, residential, etc.
- Customer - Owner/manager
- Click Save

- Start typing address
- Select from suggestions
- Fields auto-populate
- Verify accuracy
Editing Properties
Quick Edit
- Click on property in list
- Click Edit button
- Modify fields
- Click Save

- Confirm changes

- Click Add Unit
- Enter details:
- Unit number/name
- Type
- Size
- Tenant (optional)
- Click Save

- Update details
- Save
Deleting Units
- Select unit
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
Note: Units with linked assets or jobs cannot be deleted.

- Open property details
- Go to Assets tab
- Click Add Asset
- Complete asset form
- Assign to property/unit
- Save

- Go to Assets tab
- Click Link Existing
- Search for asset
- Select and link
