This guide is designed for field technicians, service workers, and anyone who primarily works on-site completing jobs and maintaining assets.

Your Daily Workflow

Morning Start

  1. Check your schedule
    • View today’s assigned jobs
    • Note job locations and times
    • Review any special instructions
  2. Prepare for the day
    • Gather required equipment
    • Check vehicle and materials
    • Download any needed documents

On Each Job

  1. Arrive and check in
    • Update job status to “In Progress”
    • Start time tracking
    • Verify customer/site details
  2. Complete the work
    • Follow job requirements
