Volume Pricing
Discounts based on quantity:- Open product
- Go to Pricing tab
- Add quantity breaks:
- 1-10: $100 each
- 11-50: $90 each
- 51+: $80 each

Markup from Cost
Calculate selling price from cost:- Enter cost price
- Set markup percentage
- Selling price calculates automatically

Stock Tracking
When inventory tracking is enabled:- Stock decreases when invoices are sent
- Stock increases when POs are received
- Low stock alerts trigger at reorder point
Adjusting Stock
For corrections without sales/purchases:- Go to Products > Inventory
- Select the product
- Click Adjust Stock
- Enter:
- New quantity or adjustment
- Reason for adjustment
